Daily inspection and maintenance of the Scooptram
Safety production is the premise of work, so be sure to do the daily inspection and maintenance of the loader.
It must be checked before and after each day of work. To ensure the safety of the work. The inspection contents are as follows:
1. Check whether the work lights, indicators, etc. are damaged, and whether the lines, pipelines of electricity, gas and oil are aging or damaged.
2. Check the dust of the engine air filter to affect the air intake effect.
3. Check whether the connecting bolts of the front and rear drive shafts are loose or loose, and the locking force is 530N.M.
4. Check if the connecting bolts such as the pins are loose.
5. Check if the tire is damaged and whether the inflation is sufficient (front wheel: 0.30-0.32MPa, rear wheel: 0.28-0.30 MPa). The tire pressure must be controlled within the specified range. Whether the tire bolts are loose or not, the locking force is 830N.M.
6. Check for oil leakage, water leakage, leakage, and air leakage.
7. Check water level, transmission oil level, hydraulic oil level, brake oil level.
8. Add grease to each nozzle.
9. Check the brake pad wear.
10. Check the wear of the bucket blade and the tooth. When the blade wears 10cm, the tooth wear needs to be repaired or replaced when it exceeds 1/4 of the full length.
11. When disassembling and installing the battery, the positive and negative poles should be separated, and the nut should be tightened firmly. When disassembling, the negative pole (grounding end) should be disconnected first.
12. Avoid accidental contact between metal objects (such as tools, etc.) and battery terminals, resulting in a short circuit.
13. The battery electrolyte contains sulfuric acid and can generate air. It is necessary to avoid the cigarette and open flame from approaching the battery. If the sulfuric acid solution splashes into the skin and eyes, rinse it with plenty of water immediately. If it is serious, go to the hospital immediately.
14. When the machine has just stopped working, the coolant of the engine, the oil in all parts, the exhaust pipe and the muffler are at high temperature. If the cover is removed or the oil is drained or the oil filter is replaced, it will cause burns or other injuries. Wait for the temperature to drop before performing maintenance and inspection.
