Wheel loaders are usually used in areas with high building strength, such as construction sites and mines. Parts wear out very quickly, so we need to perform maintenance on time. Otherwise, only oil seals and pipes or some other small parts may cause serious problems and seriously affect the construction time.

First of all, you must pay attention to safety during maintenance to ensure that the loader is turned off and the handbrake is tightened. To avoid danger, the maintenance of the loader is calculated based on working hours. Generally, the prescribed time for normal maintenance is 10 hours, 50 hours, 100 hours, 250 hours, 500 hours, 1000 hours, and 2000 hours. At 10 hours and 50 hours, the user must check the oil pressure of the vehicle and the condition of the vehicle. This needs to be checked by the user.

In 100 hours, during operation, inspections are required and some spare parts, such as oil and oil filters, need to be replaced. If you use an air conditioner, you need to clean the air conditioner filter.

After 250 hours of operation, we need to adjust the progress of the fan belt, tighten the front and rear axle, engine, transmission and frame connecting bolts, and replace the front and rear axle gear oil.

At the same time, after 500 hours, we will need to replace more types of spare parts. Engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter, coarse fuel filter, fine fuel filter, air conditioning filter, hydraulic oil tank breather filter, brake disc (please refer to the actual situation), etc.

In 1000 hours, in addition to the above maintenance, it is necessary to replace the fuel tank refueling filter, fuel tank suction filter, front and rear axle gear oil, etc.

When it reaches 2000 hours, maintenance will be performed at the same time as the above maintenance and maintenance. In addition, you need to replace the hydraulic oil, clean the fuel tank, replace the radiator coolant, check the engine, gearbox, rear axle, etc.

The above is normal maintenance, but it is best to check the condition of the loader every day. Check whether the oil pressure is good, check whether the vehicle fuel pipe is burst or leaking, and check whether the tires are obviously bulged or air pressured. To ensure that the loader can operate stably for a long time.
